2. Can you help me through the whole process?

3. Can I buy a home and sell mine at the same time?
This can be tricky, but totally doable. One option we can pursue is what’s called a “sale contingency” in your contract. This means you only agree to buy a home if you can sell the one you’re in. The only downside is that your seller won’t always agree to these terms.
4. Is staging my house all that important?
On average, a staged home sells 88% faster—and for 20% more money—than a home that’s left as is. The reason it works, of course, is it gives buyers a “stage” onto which they can play out their home-owning fantasies and envision themselves living in your home. Update walls with neutral paint colors, remove clutter, remove family photos, and clean the house before each showing (when possible).
5. When should I put my house on the market?
Along with economic factors such as supply and demand, the time of year you choose to sell can impact both the length of time it takes to sell your home and its ultimate selling price.
Although Southwest Florida does not always follow a specific pattern, typically, the real estate market picks up around March, continues strong through late May, and tapers off from June to August. September through November generally marks a rally (though not as strong as late winter and spring), followed by a slowdown from Thanksgiving through and beyond the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
6. Are you familiar with different types of properties?
I’ve sold all types of homes throughout Naples, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs. Vacation properties, estates, condos, farms, single family homes, etc. I know the Southwest Florida area very well and I’ll get solid comparables to inform your decision on an offer or selling price.
